About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Developer who's ready to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment. You'll join a team that values quality, learning, and collaboration - and from your first day, you'll contribute to real projects that support and shape Estonia's mission-critical systems. You'll thrive here if you:

• Are pursuing or have completed a degree in IT or a natural sciences field.
• Have 6+ months of hands-on experience with Java and relational databases from an internship or a development role.
• Are motivated by problem-solving, clean code, and continuous improvement.
• Are comfortable working in both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).

Nice to have experience:

• Exposure to the Spring framework, REST or SOAP web services, or writing automated unit tests.
