Junior Florist – Weddings & Events Styling

Salary: $2,000 – $2,200/month, excluding OT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Availability: Must be able to work weekends

About the Role

The Interior Collections is hiring a passionate and hands-on Junior Florist to join our growing wedding, event styling and floral design team in Singapore.

This role is suitable for someone interested in flower arrangements, wedding floristry, event flowers, bouquet design, floral styling and creative setups. Prior floristry experience is preferred but not compulsory. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating fresh floral arrangements, bouquets and event florals

• Prepare flowers, materials and tools for daily floral production

• Support floral designs for weddings, events, online orders and styled setups

• Assist with new floral product designs and seasonal launches

• Prepare arrangements according to brand standards and client requirements

• Support daily online and contract floral orders

• Help with weekly floral inventory, flower preparation and stock organisation

• Assist with on-site floral setup, installation and maintenance for weddings, hotels and events

• Help with packing, loading, unloading and setup of floral materials

• Follow instructions and support senior florists when required

Requirements

• Prior floristry experience preferred, but not compulsory

• Interest in weddings, events, floral styling and creative setups

• Good sense of floral design, colour coordination and presentation

• Able to work weekends and support event schedules

• Responsible, hands-on and willing to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to follow instructions and assist senior florists
