First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter. The person we are looking for will be the frontperson at our Stockholm office, we are looking for someone who has earlier experience with custom service and/or reception.
The role
We are looking for a junior front desk and conference host with an exceptional sense of service, a driven personality with high ambitions, who will work with a strong focus on reception and administration. You will be part of the First Impression team, convey a pro-fessional and positive first impression. This applies both via email and telephone as well as at the personal meeting.
This is a temporary role between May 2026 – August 2027
