Junior Global Supply Chain Planner - Raw Materials

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock
- Solve problems of raw material shortages
- Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process
- Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning
- Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply plannings, or operations.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modelling and exception‑based planning.
