Key Responsibilities<\/b>

● Design Ownership: Lead the creation of brand assets across social media,
<\/div>
packaging, print, retail, and digital platforms\u2014taking full responsibility for visual
<\/div>
execution.
<\/div>
● Cross\-Functional Impact: Drive visual narratives across marketing, product, and
<\/div>
content by actively shaping campaigns from concept to final design.
<\/div>
● Brand Custodian: Uphold and evolve our visual identity by ensuring every design
<\/div>
aligns with our brand standards and elevates our presence.
<\/div>
● Creative Leadership: Take initiative in brainstorming sessions, build strong
<\/div>
moodboards, craft compelling mockups, and develop high\-quality layouts.
<\/div>
● Skill Development: Own your growth journey\u2014seek feedback, stay on top of design

trends, and refine your expertise in branding, typography, layout, and color theory.

● Tool Mastery: Operate Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools with confidence

● Asset Stewardship: Maintain a well\-organized library of design files and templates

to enable smooth workflow across teams.

Requirements<\/h3>
● A bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a
<\/div>
related field.
<\/div>
● 0\u20132 years of hands\-on experience in a design or branding role (internships included).
<\/div>
● A portfolio that shows not just good design\u2014but smart, intentional branding work.
<\/div>
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma familiarity is a
<\/div>
bonus.
<\/div>
● A natural eye for design, typography, and emerging creative trends.
<\/div>
● Strong time management, autonomy, and a problem\-solving mindset.
