We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Junior Horticulturist<\/b> to join our landscaping company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the planning, design, and supervision of landscaping and agricultural projects, ensuring quality standards while adapting to UAE climatic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Assist in planning, designing, and supervising landscaping works for villa projects, including private gardens and outdoor spaces
<\/li> - Support in selecting suitable plants, trees, turf, and soil types appropriate for UAE climate and soil conditions
<\/li> - Assist in the design and maintenance of irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, and smart irrigation) to ensure water efficiency
<\/li> - Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and assist in pest control programs
<\/li> - Support site supervision, including coordination with contractors and landscaping teams to ensure timely project completion
<\/li> - Assist in preparing BOQs, technical reports, and project schedules
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations and environmental standards
<\/li> - Coordinate with clients and internal teams as required
<\/li> - Promote sustainable landscaping practices and water conservation methods
<\/li> - Conduct site inspections and provide basic technical support to maintenance teams

Requirements<\/h3> <\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Agriculture Engineering, Horticulture, or related field
<\/li> - 1\u20132 years of experience in landscaping or agricultural projects (UAE or GCC experience is an advantage)
<\/li> - Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, and plant species suitable for arid climates
<\/li> - Familiarity with UAE Municipality regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality) is a plus
<\/li> - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
<\/li> - Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
