As Junior HR Administrator, HR Operations, you will be part of the HR Service Center team supporting the EMEA region, providing first-line support for HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR partners. In this role, you will manage high-volume HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, resolve queries through multiple service channels, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience in a hybrid, regional support environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide first-line HR support across email, phone, chat, and in-person channels, using ticketing systems and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to resolve queries from employees, managers, and HR partners across EMEA.
Process high-volume HR administrative transactions across the employee lifecycle while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Apply company policies and procedures accurately, escalate issues when needed, and partner with other HR teams to support timely resolution.
Guide employees and managers to HR knowledge and self-service content, and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall employee experience.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and contribute to continuous improvement activities or projects as assigned by the line manager.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant work experience.
Fluent English, French, and German; B2/C1 proficiency is essential.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and support consistent ways of working across the team.
Good communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Additional European language skills.
Experience supporting an EMEA or regional HR Service Center environment.
Experience documenting, implementing, or improving administrative processes based on best practices.
Ability to educate employees and managers on how to access HR knowledge and self-service content.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, HR support, shared services, or a similar environment is an advantage, but not essential

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with 30 days per quarter in the office.
