Junior HR Executive

The Junior HR Executive will\nsupport the HR department in daily operations, including recruitment, employee\nrecords management, payroll assistance, statutory compliance, and employee\nengagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a\ncareer in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Assist\n in end\-to\-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling\n interviews)

  • Maintain\n employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, personal files)

  • Support\n onboarding and induction of new employees
    <\/li>
  • Maintain\n HR documentation and reports
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate\n with other departments for HR\-related activities

    Required Skills &\nCompetencies:<\/b>

    • Basic\n knowledge of HR functions and labor laws

    • Good\n communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong\n organizational and time management abilities

    • Proficiency\n in MS Office (Excel, Word)

      Qualifications:<\/b>

      • Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

      • MBA\n / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

        Experience:<\/b>

        • 1\u20133\n years of experience in HR or related field
