DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Junior Inside Sales works within the working group of Exclusive Netwoks Italia dedicated to the SMB market (Small & Medium Business) for the sale of IT solutions and services for CyberSecurity, Networking, BackUp and Software Datacenter Transformation.

Report to SMB & Digital Sales Manager.

As Junior Inside Sales you will be responsible for:

  • Compile and send to the partner the commercial offers of the products and solutions requested or proposed
  • Manage customer orders, back-office activities and bidding.
  • Keep current status of ongoing negotiations (pipeline), in order to allow a correct forecast through the use of corporate tools such as CRM, Microsoft Office / Portals / Proprietary Systems
  • Provide the partner with an adequate level of service in terms of response time, accuracy and information sent




QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Junior Inside Sales:

  • minimal pre-sales or backoffice experience in areas such as CyberSecurity, Networking, Virtualization and Software Datacenter Transformation
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Good time management skills, ability to work accurately, analytically and methodically
  • Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment
  • Problem Solving, believing in personal development and continuous self-learning
  • Good use of computer tools such as the Office package and preferably ERP (Netsuite)
