Junior Key Account Manager

A24 Group is a well-established, internationally operating staffing business with a proven track record since 1996. We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Junior Key Account Manager to join our Cape Town team and help nurture and grow our existing client base.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their account management career who is passionate about client service, building long-term partnerships, and delivering real value. You'll work alongside experienced account managers and cross-functional teams while taking ownership of your own portfolio of accounts.


What You'll Be Doing



  • Managing a dedicated portfolio of existing client accounts, serving as a trusted point of contact for their staffing needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within each account
  • Conducting regular client check-ins, service reviews, and satisfaction assessments
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account revenue and deepen partnerships
  • Collaborating with recruitment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handling client queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
  • Tracking account performance against SLAs and KPIs, and providing clients with regular reporting and insights
  • Keeping CRM and internal systems up to date with accurate account information
  • Reporting to management on account health, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better serve and advise clients


What You'll Need



  • Matric / Grade 12 (a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous)
  • 1–2 years' experience in account management, client services, customer success, or relationship management
  • Healthcare or staffing industry experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is beneficial
  • Ideally own reliable transport.
