Junior Knowledge Management Specialist (f/m/div)
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Junior Knowledge Management Specialist, you will support the maintenance of Audit knowledge resources by ensuring content is up to date and effectively communicated across stakeholders.
- Organize digital folders and tag, label, and structure documents to ensure they are easy to search and retrieve
- Help set up safe sharing of information between teams
- Keep shared spaces (like intranet pages or shared drives) up to date
- Help create and update team guides, checklists, and training materials
- Assist with onboarding content for new joiners and refresher training for the team
- Track common problems or questions with knowledge sharing and suggest improvements
- Act as the main contact for team members needing help with the knowledge systems
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and positive mindset, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and the ability to stay organized and adaptable in a dynamic, international environment.
- A degree in Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent fields
- Interest in audit, internal controls, or risk management
- Good communication, organization and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Positive attitude and eager to support the team
- Passionate about working with global teams in an international environment
- Fluency in English
