The Legal Advisor is a developing subject matter expert who provides Legal support on engagements of moderate legal complexity and/or scope, often varied and non-routine where analysis requires a review of a variety of factors.
This role focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial analysis and solutions for review and may assist with the analysis of Legal documents or other assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides standard legal support to business and/or operations.
- Offers legal advice and support to management and colleagues on vanilla engagements and transactions.
- Supports the team with the implementation of policies and the dissemination of regulatory information within the assigned operating unit.
- May support other Legal, Compliance or other functional area.
- Prepares regular reports on the status of legal issues being dealt with based on detailed instructions and templates.
- Performs such legal work as may be assigned by Senior Legal Advisor/Management.
- Engage with clients, suppliers, third-parties for the day-to-day legal operations.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Acts as business enabler and business partner.
- Possesses legal qualifications and may have some legal practice experience.
- Able to review and provide standard advice on simple agreements and/or on a specific functional area or legal discipline.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to manage urgent tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to find solutions when facing problems.
- Willingness of trying new methods, using new technologies (AI, tools, etc.).

Academic qualifications and certifications:
- Minimum of Master Degree in Law in a European Country with, if possible, a specialization in the area of the project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- May carry specialist qualifications or certifications in specific functional area(s) or legal discipline(s).
- Knowledge of the Support PSF framework is a strong asset.
Required experience:
- Moderate level of experience in a similar role within a similar global organization.
- Moderate level of demonstrated success in providing sound legal advice and support.
