Junior Logistics Coordinator (Food Distribution, Central Region)

• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and service providers

• Prepare shipment documents, invoices, and packing lists

• Track customer payments and manage supplier payments

• Support sourcing orders and maintain records

• Handle basic office issues and supplies

• Manage mail, phone calls, and office events

• Assist with exhibitions and team activities

• Support filing, insurance renewals, and health screenings

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of logistics experience, ideally with shipping documentation

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• A team player with good communication skills
