We are looking for a motivated Junior Management Consultant with recent experience in a consulting environment—preferably within a Big Four firm—to support high-priority strategic Human Resources initiatives across the bank. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to executive-level decision-making while developing deep insights into private banking and wealth management operations.The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategic recommendations, conducting business analysis, and delivering compelling presentations to senior stakeholders—with a strong emphasis on precision, visual storytelling, and clear communication.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support strategy projects covering areas such as market expansion, operating model optimisation, cost transformation, and digital innovation
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Develop high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Group to gather input and align on strategic priorities
- Assist in preparing board-level reports, investment dossiers, and management briefings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to corporate governance standards
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of professional experience, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in creating polished, structured, and impactful PowerPoint slides—ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals is essential
- Native or near-native fluency in German and excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of initiative, organisational ability, and capability to work under tight deadlines
- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working in a regulated financial environment
