Junior Marketing Coordinator
MasterStart is looking for a highly organised, digitally fluent Junior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution across content, SEO support, social scheduling, minor website updates, and marketing operations.<\/span> This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently from day one in a fast\-paced, tool\-heavy environment. While there is room to grow within the role, we are specifically looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately across core marketing workflows.<\/span> Support the execution of marketing projects and campaigns as defined by the Marketing Lead<\/span> Translate strategic direction into structured, well\-managed execution tasks<\/span> Assist with coordinating timelines, deliverables, and follow\-ups across active marketing work streams<\/span> Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned to brief<\/span> Flag blockers, risks, or delays early and proactively<\/span> Maintain organised documentation, trackers, and shared folders across projects<\/span> This role is execution\-focused. You will not be responsible for setting strategy, but for ensuring high\-quality implementation across multiple marketing streams.<\/span> Identify and contact relevant publications and platforms for backlink and editorial opportunities<\/span> Track outreach, follow\-ups, and responses in structured trackers<\/span> Support relationship\-building with media and partner platforms<\/span> Source credible data points, insights, trends, and references for content and presentations<\/span> Support blog topic ideation aligned to programme and campaign priorities<\/span> Schedule content using Hootsuite (or equivalent)<\/span> Support community management check\-ins and escalation of key messages<\/span> Maintain a consistent posting cadence and clean content calendar<\/span> Use AI tools to assist with content drafts, variations, summaries, and workflow efficiency<\/span> Maintain prompt templates and repeatable workflows<\/span> Apply judgement to ensure outputs remain accurate and aligned to brand tone<\/span> Update website copy and images (basic changes)<\/span> QA pages for accuracy, broken links, and outdated information<\/span> Coordinate with relevant team members for larger updates<\/span> Maintain spreadsheets and trackers (outreach, content, reporting inputs, certificates, etc.)<\/span> Support reporting preparation and data cleanliness<\/span> Execute marketing operation tasks quickly and accurately<\/span> Required Skills & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 1\u20133 years experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or marketing execution role <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>OR a recent graduate <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>from a recognised marketing institution (e.g. Red & Yellow, AAA School of Advertising, Vega or similar) with practical training and exposure to marketing tools and workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong digital confidence: comfortable with online tools, trackers, and marketing platforms<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without constant oversight<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong attention to detail (especially for repetitive accuracy\-based tasks)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily marketing execution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Hybrid<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must be able to hit the ground running<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Must be confident in a high\-tech, tool\-heavy environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Fast learner (in terms of the work and context, not basic tools)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proactive and reliable<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Calm, structured, and detail\-driven<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Takes pride in clean execution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Social and content workflows run smoothly and consistently<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Outreach and backlink tracking is active and well\-managed<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
