Junior Marketing Coordinator

MasterStart is looking for a highly organised, digitally fluent Junior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution across content, SEO support, social scheduling, minor website updates, and marketing operations.<\/span>

This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently from day one in a fast\-paced, tool\-heavy environment. While there is room to grow within the role, we are specifically looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately across core marketing workflows.<\/span>

  • Support the execution of marketing projects and campaigns as defined by the Marketing Lead<\/span>

  • Translate strategic direction into structured, well\-managed execution tasks<\/span>

  • Assist with coordinating timelines, deliverables, and follow\-ups across active marketing work streams<\/span>

  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned to brief<\/span>

  • Flag blockers, risks, or delays early and proactively<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain organised documentation, trackers, and shared folders across projects<\/span>

    This role is execution\-focused. You will not be responsible for setting strategy, but for ensuring high\-quality implementation across multiple marketing streams.<\/span>

    Backlink Outreach & Editorial Support<\/span>

    • Identify and contact relevant publications and platforms for backlink and editorial opportunities<\/span>

    • Track outreach, follow\-ups, and responses in structured trackers<\/span>

        • Schedule content using Hootsuite (or equivalent)<\/span>

        • Support community management check\-ins and escalation of key messages<\/span>

        • Maintain a consistent posting cadence and clean content calendar<\/span>

          AI Tool Support<\/span>

          • Use AI tools to assist with content drafts, variations, summaries, and workflow efficiency<\/span>

                • 1\u20133 years experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or marketing execution role <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>OR a recent graduate <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>from a recognised marketing institution (e.g. Red & Yellow, AAA School of Advertising, Vega or similar) with practical training and exposure to marketing tools and workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                • Strong digital confidence: comfortable with online tools, trackers, and marketing platforms<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
