Your Role
Adapting global marketing materials for APAC markets, ensuring cultural fit, translation and local relevance
Creating APAC-specific marketing assets for local campaigns in close collaboration with the global Head Quarter team
Acting as the go‑to person for our Sales and Customer Success teams in APAC, orchestrating and coordinating all marketing requests
Working in a KPI driven way, tracking performance and deriving clear actions and optimizations for APAC marketing assets and channels
Collaborating closely with the European marketing and creatives teams (Germany, UK) in a hybrid setup from Singapore
Create, test, and maintain marketing automations and AI‑powered workflows, taking full ownership from concept to implementation and continuous optimization
Your Profile
1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing with multi-market exposure – in the APAC region
Creative all‑rounder with good copywriting and content creation skills, and the ability to work with design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma or similar): You are not a designer, but you are comfortable making smart edits
Tech- and tool-savvy, actively using AI and automation tools, agents and advanced prompting (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, Make) to efficiently adapt and localize global marketing materials for APAC in high quality and fully consistent with our CI
High degree of ownership, strong self‑ and time‑management, and motivation to work in a hybrid international setup: You are based in Singapore as our APAC marketing manager, while the rest of the marketing/creative team sits mainly in Europe
KPI‑oriented working style and good understanding of performance measurement for campaigns and channels
Fluent in Chinese, Korean and/or Japanese level plus very good English skills (written and spoken)
