What will you do:

  • Supervise pastry kitchen operations in the absence of the Pastry Sous Chef.

  • Ensure all sections of the pastry kitchen run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Taste and review all daily mise-en-place to uphold LPM’s high standards.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Adapt to flexible working hours and occasional travel for business purposes.


What you need:

  • Proven experience as a Jr. Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant

  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exquisite dishes

  • Leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

  • Food safety certification and relevant culinary qualifications

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
