We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior PMO Analyst to support the Marsh Risk Development team in delivering technology and business initiatives efficiently and effectively. This role will focus on project coordination, governance, reporting, and Agile team support, ensuring that priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communications are well managed.

The successful candidate will help drive consistency in project execution, maintain reporting and documentation, and support the day-to-day operations of delivery teams. A key part of the role will be to organize and lead Scrum ceremonies and support the team’s transition toward Agile ways of working, helping improve collaboration, visibility, and delivery outcomes across development activities.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of projects and initiatives within Marsh Risk Development.
  • Prepare and maintain project governance documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and report on team and project performance metrics, including KPIs, OKRs, capacity, delivery progress, and operational results.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities in agreed formats, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support portfolio and governance processes, including project reviews, health checks, and lessons learned.
  • Organize, facilitate, and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the team’s transition toward Agile methodology by promoting Agile principles, improving team routines, and helping establish effective delivery practices.
  • Work closely with development teams, project managers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure priorities, delivery plans, and updates are clearly communicated.
  • Help manage and monitor team backlogs, sprint progress, and action tracking to support smooth delivery.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and blockers to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support resource coordination and ensure required inputs, documentation, and updates are provided on time.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving project management standards, templates, tools, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery, team collaboration, and Agile adoption.

What you need to have:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, Scrum support, reporting, or a similar delivery-focused role.
  • Good understanding of project governance, reporting, and Agile delivery principles.
  • Experience supporting or facilitating Scrum ceremonies in a technology or development environment.
  • Exposure to or understanding of Agile transformation / transition toward Agile ways of working.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into clear reporting and insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What makes you stand out

  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to project financial tracking, governance processes, RAID logs, and portfolio reporting.
  • Experience supporting software development or technology delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Project, or Visio.
  • Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in a global organization or financial services environment is an advantage.
  • Interest in continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.
