Role description:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist the (Senior) PM in planning, executing and finalizing the management work of projects in accordance with the agreed deadlines.
In addition, you will help to coordinate the project team, manage relationships with customers and suppliers and with all stakeholders.


Once the individual objectives of the project have been defined, your duties will also be to verify at every stage of the process that the activities assigned to the whole team are carried out in addition to always have an eye on the quality of the work that it’s being done.

Role accountabilities:

  • Support one or more projects, following their correct execution according to the defined contractual methods;
  • Track the projects and development plans, working with the project team;
  • Maintain active communication within and outside the organization;
  • Participate in and conduct periodic meetings to verify alignment with the previsions regarding the progress of the project;
  • Draw up summary reports of the weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring the progress of the activities and creating / modifying schedules and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering;
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Project Management or Design Coordinator in the hospitality sector, and on situ experience;
  • An excellent level of English (B2 / C1) and Italian (B2); Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
  • Technical background to be able to attend and intervene in technical meetings;
  • Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings;
  • Knowledge of Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project;
  • Availability to travel.

The annual salary range for this position is €29.000 - 38.000
