We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Project Manager to support and drive Business Systems initiatives (Workday, Salesforce, internal applications), ensuring structured delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities
You will join a cross-functional IS project team working across all business domains: HR, Finance, Sales, R&D, Services.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners, contributing to the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.
You will operate in an international and multicultural environment, requiring regular collaboration with globally distributed teams. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Role Overview
Under the guidance of Program Manager, you will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of IS projects, with a strong focus on:
Stakeholder management
Planning and organisation
Execution tracking and reporting
We are looking for someone with the right mindset and attitude, eager to learn and grow into the role, rather than deep technical expertise from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Support definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Contribute to building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones
Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical capabilities
Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure milestones and deliverables are delivered on time
Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners
Support resolution of blockers and escalation when needed
Maintain structured and proactive communication with:
Business teams (HR, Finance, Sales…)
IS technical teams
External vendors / integrators
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions
Ensure clarity of roles, expectations, and decisions
Prepare and maintain regular project reporting:
Status updates
Risks & issues tracking
Executive summaries
Contribute to governance rituals (steering committees, project reviews)
Ensure proper documentation and traceability
Support business teams in adopting new systems and processes
Contribute to user communication, documentation, and training coordination
Ensure smooth transition from delivery to operations
Technical & System Landscape
You will evolve in a modern enterprise environment, including:
Business Systems: Workday (HRIS), Salesforce (CRM), Finance tools
Applications & Integrations: APIs, SaaS platforms, system interconnections
Project tooling: Jira, project planning tools, reporting frameworks
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or similar
Experience: Initial experience in IS project management or business analysis (significant internships or work-study programs are fully accepted).
Methodology
Basic understanding of project management approaches:
Agile (Scrum)
Waterfall / V-model
Exposure to structured project environments is a plus

Nice to Have
Experience or exposure to Workday, Salesforce, or similar systems
Familiarity with project tools
