Junior Project Manager

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in project management, PMO support, or delivery coordination

• Proven experience managing project reporting, action trackers, RAID logs, and milestone monitoring

• Demonstrated experience preparing governance meeting materials, minutes, and tracking action items to closure

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for status reporting and executive presentations

• Strong cross-functional coordination, follow-up, and professional written communication skills

• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in driving deliverables and resolving outstanding items

(Note: PMP/PRINCE2 certifications, PowerBI/dashboard experience, and Financial Services industry background are listed as advantageous but not strictly mandatory)

3) Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and track progress against the project plan and key milestones

• Maintain and update core tracking documentation (RAID logs, action trackers, dependency registers, and milestone schedules)

• Consolidate workstream updates into comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations

• Proactively identify, escalate, and track key risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies requiring leadership attention

• Coordinate governance forums (e.g., Project Steering Committee), prepare agendas/materials, capture minutes, and ensure timely closure of action items

• Support the PMO lead and project managers in maintaining structured meeting cadences and governance frameworks

• Act as the central coordination point between business, technical, and workstream stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on deliverables, decisions, and action items
