Junior Recruitment Consultant

Work Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate key accounts for Temp/Contract roles
• Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels
• Compliance to all recruitment guidelines
• Build a consistent talent pipeline

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong drive to succeed in placement closure
• Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
