Junior Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn the sales process by co-managing a portfolio of existing accounts and learn hands-on from our experienced professionals;
  • Learn how to map comprehensive customer profiles to identify untapped market opportunities and foster new revenue streams;
  • Handle new contracts, sales requirements, and inquiries using our CRM system;
  • Put your sales process into practice by calling on existing and then new accounts, following established sales steps to build lasting relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate or enthusiastic newcomer with a commercial mindset and up to one year of sales administration experience;
  • Fluent in English; a second European language (such as German, French, or Nordic languages) is a significant advantage;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure, rejection, and uncertainty with a positive, extravert attitude.
