Junior Sales & Business Development Executive (Sports & Leisure Venue)

Join our growing sports and lifestyle venue featuring a multi-level golf driving range, golf simulator, pickleball facilities, café, and event spaces in Joo Koon. We are looking for a Junior Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through venue sales, corporate events, partnerships, promotions, and new business opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Promote and sell venue packages, memberships, promotions, and sports experiences
  • Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings and sales
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups
  • Identify opportunities to upsell packages, events, products, and additional services
  • Develop sales strategies to increase customer visits and revenue
  • Drive sales for corporate events, group activities, celebrations, and special programmes
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients, partners, and community groups
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Support partnership opportunities and business growth initiatives

Sales Follow-Up & Account Management

  • Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing customers to close sales opportunities
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and sales reports
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful delivery

Retail & Additional Revenue Opportunities

  • Promote golf equipment, products, and related services
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and revenue-generating activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve overall sales performance
