Following the acquisitions of Addingwell (May 2025) and Sourcepoint (July 2025), the RevOps team is looking for a hands-on analyst to drive the integration of both companies into our tools and processes. This is a hands-on role in a period of genuine change. You'll be working with imperfect data, mismatched systems and teams still finding their footing. If that sounds interesting, you'll thrive here.
You can work from our office in Paris or work fully remotely within Europe.
Main Responsibilities
Audit and clean data in Salesforce: deduplication, enrichment, field consistency, and naming conventions.
Working alongside the FP&A analyst and the finance team to ensure accuracy of reporting and scalability of automated invoicing
Set up recurring data quality checks between the CRM and third-party tools (marketing automation, enrichment tools, etc.).
Standardise ownership rules, and data fields across all integrated entities.
Support the integration of reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting processes.
Build reliable dashboards and reports for Sales teams and leadership.
Act as the main point of contact for any CRM or data-related questions from commercial teams
Profile
First experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Salesforce Administration (internship or apprenticeship included).
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in English;
Comfortable working with data: cleaning, cross-tool reconciliation, anomaly detection.
You follow through on data quality issues and flag inconsistencies before they become problems.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity. This role sits at the centre of a live integration, and processes will evolve as you go.
Analytical mindset and ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
