Junior/Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure) - Permanent Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain on-premises Azure Stack Hub, enterprise monitoring tools, and supporting infrastructure. The role involves system administration, patch management, and ensuring high availability and performance across hybrid cloud environments.

Job Description

• Administering, maintaining, and supporting Azure Stack Hub infrastructure in a production environment.
• Planning and executing Azure Stack Hub, Dell EMC, and infrastructure patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Managing and supporting Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms, including cluster administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Administering and optimizing Splunk platforms, including log management, monitoring, analytics, alerting, and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.
• Managing Active Directory services, including user and group administration, Group Policy (GPO) management, authentication, and access controls.
• Administering enterprise monitoring platforms such as System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Solar Winds to ensure proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Performing system health checks, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across infrastructure components.
• Managing backup,recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge base articles, and support run books.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administering and supporting Azure Stack Hub environments, including patching and updates.
• Hands-on experience with Dell EMC infrastructure administration and life-cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
• Experience administering Splunk, including dashboard creation, log on boarding,alerting, reporting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Splunk AI/ML capabilities is an advantage.
• Solid experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as SCOM and Solar Winds.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, incident management, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Understanding of backup technologies, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity practices.
