About The Team

The Developer Experience (DevX) team sits at the intersection of AI, platform engineering, and developer tooling. Across hundreds of engineers and dozens of teams, our work shapes how software is built at Teads. We build the tools, platforms, and services that remove friction, accelerate delivery, and let engineering teams focus on what matters most.

Our work spans a wide range of domains: AI-powered developer tooling, multi-language runtime support, platform-as-a-service foundations, identity and access management, and the APIs and shared services that keep our engineering ecosystem running at scale.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Impact: Your work will directly empower hundreds of engineers and shape the foundations on which all of Teads' engineering is built.
  • Mentorship: You'll learn from experienced engineers in a structured, supportive environment.
  • Growth: We invest in continuous learning, technical excellence, and your long-term development as an engineer.
  • Breadth: You'll get exposure to a wide range of domains, from AI tooling to platform services.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside talented and passionate engineers across offices in Montpellier, Netanya, and Madrid.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join the DevX team.
This is a role designed for someone early in their career who is eager to grow fast in a high-impact environment. You'll work on real, production-grade tooling used by hundreds of engineers every day — with experienced engineers alongside you and a structured mentorship program behind you.

What will you do?

As a Junior Software Engineer in the DevX Team, your mission will be to:

  • Build and maintain developer-facing tools, internal libraries, and platform services that improve the day-to-day experience of engineers across Teads.
  • Contribute to AI-powered tooling initiatives — from prompt engineering and agent workflows to infrastructure that supports LLM-based developer tools.
  • Write clean, well-tested code and take ownership of small features end-to-end, from design through deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers to understand platform architecture, observe production systems, and progressively take on more responsibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team rituals to build your craft and contribute to a culture of quality.

What will you bring to the team?

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (recently completed).
  • Solid programming fundamentals in any language; exposure to Java, Scala, TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in developer tooling, platform engineering, or AI-assisted development.
  • Curiosity about how large engineering organizations work — build systems, CI/CD pipelines, shared libraries, or internal platforms.
  • Ownership mindset: you take initiative, communicate proactively, and follow through.
  • You embrace change and are enthusiastic to learn in order to bring projects to proper completion.

Bonus Points:

  • Any hands-on experience with developer tooling, automation, or platform work. Internships, hackathons, open source, or side projects all count.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLM tooling, or agent-based workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with identity and authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).

We care about you

  • Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office)
  • Nearby parking available
  • Expand your toolbox with our mentorship program and internal learning tools
  • Pet friendly office
  • Happy hours
  • …and of course a fully stocked kitchen!

Please submit your CV in English.
