Junior Sous Chef
- Support the daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, temperature, and presentation
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and portion controls
- Monitor food storage, stock levels, and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Supervise proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist in menu implementation and promotional activities
- Support team scheduling, daily briefings, and staff coordination
- Report operational issues and updates to the Executive Sous Chef
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work in shifts
