- Proven experience in standalone Restaurants / dining setups
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Work shifts-weekends and public holidays
- Expertise in Menu planning, Food quality and consistency
- Ability to Manage teams and drive operational excellence
- Creative approach with attention to detail
