Junior Sous Chef

Junior Sous Chef responsibilities include supporting the head chef in the general running of the

kitchen. Managing the kitchen staff, including setting the rota, and handling disciplinary and HR issues

in the absence of the head chef


RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

− Assist Assistant Chef on stock purchase and menu planning.

− Maintain Food quality and standards.

− Maintain good personal hygiene and work safety standards.

− Lead and Motivate Kitchen Cooks/Help.
