At Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas, Junior Staff serve on the front lines of life transformation\u2026 walking daily with men who are finding freedom from addiction and growing in their relationship with Christ.

You\u2019ll have the opportunity to disciple students, lead Bible studies, pray with them, and speak into their lives daily<\/b>. This role is hands\-on, relational, and deeply meaningful.

What You\u2019ll Do
<\/h3>- Lead Bible studies and times of prayer
<\/li> - Disciple and mentor students daily
<\/li> - Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability
<\/li> - Assist with daily program operations and activities
<\/li> - Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events
<\/li> - Help maintain a structured, Christ\-centered environment
<\/li><\/ul>

<\/h3>- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity<\/b>
<\/li>- Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
<\/li> - Heart for people struggling with addiction
<\/li> - High school diploma or GED
<\/li> - Willingness to complete Biblical Counseling training
<\/li> - Strong communication and relational skills
<\/li> - Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized
<\/li><\/ul>
