Junior Supply Production Planner
Join Tylko, Where Design Meets Technology
Founded in Warsaw, Poland, in 2015, Tylko is redefining how we design, shop for, and experience furniture. Frustrated by mass-produced, one-size-fits-all solutions, the team created something smarter: bespoke storage that balances cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and sustainable production.
With millimetre-perfect precision, every piece is made-to-order and crafted locally, minimising waste and maximising longevity. The result? A new standard in furniture – one that fits your space, your style, and your life.
Why It Matters
We’re not just building furniture. We’re changing how people think about living with it. By merging technology and design, we help people create spaces that truly reflect who they are. If you believe that good design can make everyday life better, you’ll feel right at home here.
How We Work
We believe in small teams, big ideas, and simple processes. No endless paperwork, no silos. Just open communication, shared goals, and a healthy dose of curiosity. We start small, think big, and move fast, because progress always beats perfection.
At Tylko, collaboration and trust aren’t buzzwords - they’re how we work. From day one, you’re part of a team that makes real decisions and brings them to life together. You’ll have the freedom to share ideas, turn them into action, and shape the space around you literally. Here, learning isn’t a bonus. It’s part of the job.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on, organized and proactive person to join our Operations Team and help us coordinate external production partners, solve everyday challenges and keep things running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and making things happen.
You don’t need previous experience in production – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
You’ll be the link between our internal teams and the factories that produce our furniture. That means clear communication, good follow-up and a can-do attitude are key.
About the Team
The Operations Department is responsible for every process involved in the production and delivery of our products. It’s composed of four unique areas: Production, Delivery & Services, Customer Service and Automation.
Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:
External partner collaboration
Daily contact (email/phone) with assigned production partners
Gathering data, clarifying issues, solving small and large problems
Building solid working relationships with suppliers
Production coordination & follow-up
Monitoring order status and timelines
Making sure everything is aligned with expectations
Supporting continuous improvements in how we work with factories
Project & process support
Helping improve the flow of information and how we place orders
Supporting the setup of small projects, updates or process changes
Data & reporting
Preparing clear overviews of production progress or delays
Spotting trends or risks and suggesting improvements
Internal collaboration
Coordinating information between Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams
Making sure everyone stays aligned and informed

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with the right mindset - prior experience in this area is not required - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You might have worked in operations, customer service, office coordination, logistics, events – or something completely different. If you're the kind of person who likes to take responsibility, keep things organized and solve problems as they come – we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll need:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Clear and assertive communication (email & phone)
Proactive attitude and a high level of independence
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset – not afraid of uncertainty or fast decisions
Fluent Polish and good English (written and spoken)
Willingness to visit production sites occasionally (e.g. for troubleshooting or setup)
Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
