🎯 What You’ll Do
As Key Account Coordinator, you are an important support function to the local Key Aaccount Managers and Sales Manager.
The objective is to support and streamline the sales process. Contributing with business insights as well as high level customer service and ultimately customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer assortments within designated spreadsheets.
- Manage, organize, and update relevant data utilizing database applications.
- Analyze financial statistics and other key data to generate comprehensive reports.
- Develop presentations and create internal and external sales communication materials.
- Assist the KAM team with campaign activities, including ensuring correct order entry and pricing in SAP, updating Salesforce forecasts, preparing sales sheets, and monitoring sales and profitability.
- Coordinate campaigns and related activities in collaboration with other departments.
- Support management in refining and monitoring the sales process. · Provide selected key customers with pricing, images, informational materials, and other necessary support.
- Offer financial assistance to the KAM team, focusing on margin improvement, product mix optimization, and analysis of action items.
- Participate in both external and internal Key Account meetings alongside the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and project team activities.

Education / Qualifications
- Business and marketing degrees
- Business or marketing qualifications
- Demonstrate advanced PC skills required for the role, including expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant systems
- Swedish : mother tongue
- English : fluent
