The Company
Our client in the fintech industry is hiring a Recruiter on a 6 months contract, convertible to perm. This is a newly created position due to the company’s expansion.
The Role
This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment support across both international and local hiring needs, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination across multiple time zones, and offer management. In addition, the role will oversee recruitment operations and administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth process management, and a positive candidate and stakeholder experience, while contributing to reporting, process improvements, and ongoing HR initiatives.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience gained in either in-house or agency environments, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies within the APAC region. You should be experienced in partnering with regional stakeholders across different time zones, with a solid understanding of local hiring practices, talent landscapes, and cultural nuances. Exposure to financial services, fintech, or related sectors will be advantageous, along with the ability to source and engage specialised talent in competitive markets. The role requires someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple priorities.
