Job Summary

The Banquet Set-Up / Houseperson is responsible for the accurate and timely setup, refresh, and breakdown of banquet and meeting spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and club standards. This role ensures rooms are clean, well-organized, visually polished, and fully functional—including testing audio/visual equipment—so each event begins at a high standard of hospitality.
