客戶經營暨管理,以提升跨售效能

  • 制定年度客戶經營、名單管理與跨售策略,規劃並執行行銷活動以支持營運目標。
  • 建立名單使用流程與管理機制,確保前線業務及合作單位有效運用。
  • 分析成效指標,提出成效優化方案。
  • 名單型行銷活動規劃與執行
  • 既有客戶經營(CRM、回購、交叉銷售、會員經營等)
  • 推薦制/MGM/會員類型活動
  • 與銷售單位或業務通路合作之行銷專案

商品策略規劃、新商品發想與銷售分析

  • 支援保險商品之策略規劃與企劃推動,包含新商品發想、商品定位與銷售策略規劃,定期進行競爭市場與同業商品分析,盤點市場缺口與商品機會;
  • 同時負責既有商品銷售表現之分析,與商品策略要求,並提出商品結構或策略調整建議。
  • 新商品上線時,需規劃核心銷售賣點、銷售主軸與通路推廣策略,並配合 VFA 進行商品導入與推廣。

商品專案推動與行政支援

  • 支援商品相關專案之推動與營運執行,包含商品上架流程協助與跨部門溝通、商品系統維護。
  • 因應法令或管理需求進行商品異動與內容調整、配合查核需求進行相關資料與網頁內容更新。
  • 配合直效行銷通路商品上下架與相關文件維護等行政作業。
