Timbertruss is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Coordinator Team Leader to lead our Key Account team within our Estimating Department and manage client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys building strong partnerships, developing people, and driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the Estimating Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Estimating Key Account team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong margin performance, and continuous improvement across key account projects.

As the Key Account Coordinator Team Leader, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, acting as the primary escalation point for complex client matters.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service and business outcomes.

  • Allocate and prioritise workload across the team to ensure customer deadlines and service expectations are consistently achieved.

  • Oversee job registrations, quotations and project administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Attend customer meetings and site visits, present new products and services, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, pricing models and scope of works documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in pre-fabrication design (desirable)

  • Previous leadership experience within a similar role (desirable).

  • Keen interest and passion for construction design

  • Strong focus on customer service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Continuous improvement experience, with Lean Six Sigma knowledge (desirable).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
