Key Account Executive_Minerals QNB

+ After sales complete the deals (jobs);

+ Key account will in charge of communicating with Clients to understand well of their inquiry & expectations.

+ Discuss in detail with Clients how to perform the deal (jobs) in the reality conditions.

+ Work internally with concerned teams to perform in right manner of Clients' inquiry/instruction.

+ Involved in Performance period to ensure Performance in timeline; right manner with commitment to Clients.

+ Feedback to Clients; Solve any problem during performance and provide a suitable Solution for each case.

+ Report to Clients on time; Summary to Client/ Company periodly or end of deal.

+ Connect to Sales or other concerned teams for further support if needed for clients.

+ Good at Communication both VN and English.

+ Good knowledge of services and good ability to understanding/catching ideas.

+ Good ability in logical planning.

+ Understanding / Collaborate well with internal functions.

+ Timeline controlling.

+ Working ability across the change
