Key Account Manager (E-commerce Enablement Business)

We are looking for a strategic Key Account Manager to join our e-commerce enablement team. In this role, you will manage and grow key client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service and solutions in the e-commerce distribution and enablement space. Your goal will be to maximize client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue. You will also play a critical role in helping brands achieve their revenue targets, and act as a consultant for their e-commerce strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially in FMCG, Home & Living, and Electronics, serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs, and providing solutions.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to offer tailored advice and solutions as well as set and achieve their revenue targets through effective e-commerce strategies.
  • Liaise with partner marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and others.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve the company’s revenue and profitability targets.
  • Offer guidance on user experience (UX) on client’s e-commerce platforms to be more attractive such as content, layout, product images, and descriptions.
  • Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and foster professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the e-commerce distribution and enablement.
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets in the commercial side of E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
