Key Account Manager (Home Application - HA)
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic retail and distribution partners for Midea’s and Toshiba’s home appliances.
The role is responsible for developing strong partnerships with key customers, driving sales growth, managing channel performance, and executing market strategies to expand Midea’s presence in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop relationships with major retail accounts, distributor, and channel partners.
2. Maintain strong partnerships to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
3. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives.
4. Develop and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies to improve channel performance.
5. Plan and execute promotions, in-store campaigns, and retail activities with partners.
6. Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising across retail channels.
7. Monitor channel inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock planning.
8. Analyse sell-out data to optimize product mix and promotional strategies.
9. Work closely with marketing, product management, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Channel Management
Experience handling retail accounts, distributors, or modern trade channels
Preferably from home appliances or consumer electronics industry
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and account management skills
Experience in sell-in/sell-out strategies, promotions, and merchandising
Good analytical skills with ability to review sales and inventory data
Familiar with Singapore retail market and channel landscape
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with strong coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
