What You’ll Do
Own Your Accounts
- Build and execute powerful account strategies aligned to BD’s growth ambitions
- Develop deep relationships with clinicians, procurement, and key stakeholders

- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and expanding market share
- Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs
Lead Complex Deals
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements with confidence
- Position BD as the partner of choice across your accounts

- Present compelling proposals that influence buying decisions
Collaborate to Deliver
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and supply chain teams

What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of proven success in Key Account Management / Sales within MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare
- Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Confidence to engage senior stakeholders and clinicians
- Sharp commercial acumen + negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
