Key Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for Key Account Manager who is responsible for leading a cross functional team to manage andsupport designated account(s), establish a strategic relationship with customers' key stakeholders, developstrategies & action plans, execute business plans, drive Tetra Pak's sustainable businesses and captureopportunities across business streams (Packaging Material & Equipment, Processing Equipment, and Services).
You will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and report directly to Sales Director.

What you will do

As a Key Account Manager, will:

  • Managing external stakeholders:
  • Lead cross functional team (Packaging, Processing, Marketing, Services) to manage and drive business withdesignated account(s).
  • Understand customers overall business (organization, strategy, portfolio, production capability, value chain).
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationship with customers' key stakeholders.
  • Build, develop and execute joint account plans in alignment with Tetra Pak's strategies.
  • Managing internal stakeholders:
  • Manage customer dashboard.
  • Secure sales target is achieved across business.
  • Responsible for Sales Forecast Accuracy
  • Manage Account Receivable
  • Fulfil internal sales management processes.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s in economics, BA or Marketing.
  • 03-year experience in Sales function at Tetra Pak or at least 05 years of relevant working experience in Account Management or Sales & Marketing or B2B sales.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, B2B industry would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellency in Ms Office tools (word, excel, ppt, Power BI,..)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Result-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
