Key Account Senior Manager - Gadget Insurance

  • Responsible for expansion of retail client network across Indonesia
  • Drive sales program and promotions & incentive programs to key retail clients to ensure continuous sales growth
  • Manages and leads Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted client network growth and sales growth
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to achieve targeted level of sales and profitability
  • Drive analysis and insight on current products and market intelligence on competitors
  • Manage portofolio AR client dan AP partner insurance by coordinating with BD support team
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management, ideally in a regional or territory management role.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high sales performance.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Have an excellent network in the retail business especially for gadgets & electronics sectors
  • Strong negotiation skills especially with regards to commercial terms
  • Strong experience in creating and promoting sales racing programs to drive high product adoption
