Key Roles and Responsibilities:
<\/div>
1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key warehousing clients to ensure long\-term partnerships
<\/div>
2. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal warehouse operations teams
<\/div>
3. Understand client supply chain requirements and ensure smooth execution of warehousing services
<\/div>
4. Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance for all key accounts
<\/div>
5. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve client issues quickly
<\/div>
6. Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue from existing accounts
<\/div>
7. Track warehouse utilization, inventory flow, and operational efficiency for client accounts
<\/div>
8. Prepare regular performance reports and conduct review meetings with key clients
<\/div>
9. Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges
<\/div>
10. Collaborate with business development and operations teams to onboard and implement new clients successfully
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Skills Required:
<\/div>
1. Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.
<\/div>
2. Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
<\/div>
3. Ability to conduct field visits and vendor meetings when required.
<\/div>
4. Good organizational and reporting skills.
<\/div>
5. Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.
<\/div>
6. Experience working with warehouse owners, brokers, or logistics vendors.
<\/div><\/span>
