Job Summary
Tetra Pak Vietnam Processing Solutions and Equipment is looking for a Key Components Sales Engineer for Vietnam market. This role will report to the Tetra Pak Vietnam Processing Director
The Key Components Sales Engineer will drive growth in the Separators, Homogenisers, Heat Exchangers, Mixers, another key equipment and components of Tetra Pak Product Portfolio in Vietnam with emphasis on stand-alone sales, including channel development and management.
This position will be based in HCMC, Vietnam.
What you will do
As a Key Component Sales Engineer, you will:
- Develop and implement Key Components strategic plan in line with global and market strategies and objectives
- Drive Customer Management and sales to end customers and to Channels
- Provide sales, application and technology support to Tetra Pak teams as well as to Channels
- Identify portfolio needs, including requirement for new products
- Drive Key Component plans to deliver the targets
- Drive resolution of technical issues
- Drive productivity through utilisation of global tools
- Develop and drive sustainable profitable growth and portfolio deployment plans for Key Components in New Capital Equipment Sales, Technical Service and drive Channel sales
- In addition to this role, this position will also take the responsibility for selling New Capital Equipment and line solution (at simple and small project scale)

Required Skills
- University Degree in Technology or Engineering or relevant education;
- Proven success in Equipment/Components/Technical sales experience, opportunities management, preferably in Food Industry
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must
- Prior experience in food industry and know how on processing equipment are advantages
- Prior experience of driving sales through channels (dealers / distributors / sales agents) is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and cross-team capacity with internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership, as well as teams and vendors in a cross-functional, multi-national and multi-cultural environment, often with virtual teams
- Travelling is expected at estimated 50%
