Key User Manager_Large Users & After Sales._SriLanka
••TGS responsibility from defined key users (predominantly construction, wood working, metal fabrication and assembly users) for all BU’s.
••Support user retention and conversion from competition to Bosch by building up a close user relationship
••Provide appropriate solutions to end users, customers & team.
••Establish key (new) products in his area. Visit users in industrial clusters, conduct regular trials, organize user meets, safety trainings and service trainings.
••Spare Part Planning (Forecasting & Pricing)
••Expanding the Workshop operation (network) & generating new business leads
••Perform demonstrations, safety seminars, service campaigns for end users.
•• Signing up rate contracts and Service Agreement with Large user accounts
••Managing user contact data, direct relation with users & establish channel relationships.
••Collaborate across with Bosch PT and larger Bosch team maximize sales.
- BE / MBA
- Experienced field sales person with strong user focus
•Experience of 6-8 years in customer sales and service
•Knowledge of industry (Construction, metal fabrication, manufacturing)
•Competence in technical sales, after sales, Pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset
•Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels
•Market knowledge of Sri Lanka
•Strong selling skills with customer centricity.
