Kids Club Manager

Job Purpose

The Kids Club Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, and supervision of Kids Club and Teen Club operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for children while delivering exceptional service to parents and guests. The role leads program development, team performance, safety compliance, and cross-department collaboration in line with hotel standards and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Program Management

  • Oversee daily Kids Club operations, ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and fully equipped
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve age-appropriate, creative, and engaging programs
  • Lead the Rixos Children Program and all kids-related activities across the hotel
  • Coordinate special events, theme days, and seasonal activities
  • Monitor program effectiveness and guest satisfaction, adjusting as needed

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with hotel policies, legal regulations, and ISO Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002)
  • Implement and enforce all health, safety, and child-protection policies
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Ensure staff are trained in first aid and emergency procedures
  • Report child health concerns promptly and support Health Alert procedures when required

People Leadership

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Kids Club and Teen Club teams
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance development
  • Foster a positive, professional, and child-centered working environment

Guest Experience & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for parents and guardians
  • Handle complaints, incidents, and emergencies calmly and professionally
  • Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and internal departments

Administration & Budget Control

  • Manage Kids Club budgets, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and documentation
  • Ensure operational efficiency and cost control

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in childcare, early education, or recreation management
  • Strong knowledge of child safety, activity planning, and guest service standards
