About Us

We're a new dumpling eatery (non-halal) opening in the heart of Singapore's CBD. We specialise in freshly made dumplings crafted daily — simple food, done really well. We're building a small, tight-knit team who takes pride in what they put on the plate.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the daily preparation of dumpling fillings, wrappers, and sauces according to our recipes
  • Handle cooking during service — boiling noodles and dumplings to order, and assembling completed orders for collection
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen at all times
  • Receive and check ingredient deliveries; assist with stock rotation and inventory
  • Prepare ingredients for the following day's service after the lunch rush
  • Follow all SFA food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions precisely
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or we can support you to obtain one before the start date)
  • Singaporeans and PRs only
  • Chinese and English-speaking

Working Hours

Monday to Friday only — no weekends 8:00am – 5:00pm (lunch crowd only)
