- Monday - Saturday, 1 hour break
- 5am - 4 pm
- $ 2000 - $ 3300
- If working on PH, off in lieu will be given
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Central Kitchen
- Plating food for counter service
- Cooking and mixing rice
- Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
- Replenishing required ingredients
- Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
- Maintain cleanliness & food hygiene standards
- Basic Knife Skills
- Able to stand long hours
- Able to read so can assist in stock taking, stock receiving and dispatching
Able to handle day to day kitchen operation ie (Cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning)
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of kitchen assistants experiences
