About the Role

We are hiring a Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced Korean fast-casual dining environment. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to SOP
• Handle food preparation including cutting, marination, and plating
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and workstation
• Assist in stock preparation and ingredient management
• Support opening and closing duties
• Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Experience in F&B or kitchen operations preferred
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Good hygiene awareness
• Comfortable working 60 hours per week

Working Hours

Total: 60 hours per week

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 9:00pm (1-hour break included)
• Saturday: 8:30am – 11:00am
• Sunday: Fixed rest day

Salary & Benefits

💰 Gross Monthly Salary: Up to $2,700 (Including OT)

📅 Annual Leave:

• In accordance with MOM regulations (minimum 7 days in first year)

🏥 Medical Benefits:

• 60 days hospitalisation leave (inclusive of 14 outpatient days)
