About the Role
We are hiring a Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced Korean fast-casual dining environment. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to SOP
- Handle food preparation including cutting, marination, and plating
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and workstation
- Assist in stock preparation and ingredient management
- Support opening and closing duties
- Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements
- Experience in F&B or kitchen operations preferred
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply (training provided)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
- Good hygiene awareness
- Comfortable working 60 hours per week
Working Hours
Total: 60 hours per week
- Monday β Friday: 8:30am β 9:00pm (1-hour break included)
- Saturday: 8:30am β 11:00am
- Sunday: Fixed rest day
Salary & Benefits
π° Gross Monthly Salary: Up to $2,700 (Including OT)
π Annual Leave:
- In accordance with MOM regulations (minimum 7 days in first year)
π₯ Medical Benefits:
- 14 days outpatient medical leave
- 60 days hospitalisation leave (inclusive of 14 outpatient days)
